Celebrate your child’s birthday in Billabong Zoo’s Pobblebonk Party Room!
Offering a fun filled few hours with over 200 animals to meet across 10 acres plus enjoy our delicious lunch catering options and make memories of a lifetime.

Billabong Zoo’s Children Birthday Party Packages
Please choose from either our Reptile Package or our Reptile & Koala Package
Option 1 – Reptile Package
- 11am – 2pm
- Admission to the zoo for 10 children
- Free admission for 2 accompanying adults
- Private party room from 11am – 2pm
- Private Reptile Presentation with Zoo Keeper (10mins) plus snake holding encounter for each child
- Complimentary birthday invitations for you to print at home
- Generic room decorations
- Zoo Party Host to assist with guiding children to Macropod Meadow for wallaby feeding, and a special opportunity to walk with, and learn all about, our delightful dingoes. To explore the rest of the zoo, attending parents are to provide this to children as a self-guided visit afterwards.
- Catered lunch and drinks (menu provided upon booking)
- Lolly bag to leave with (one per child).
- Roo food provided
- Children and the two accompanying adults are welcome to wander the zoo at their own leisure after the party festivities have concluded. All children must continue to be under the guidance of a parent or guardian at all times. For parents collecting their child from the party room that would like to enter the zoo grounds after the event, must purchase zoo entry tickets before entering.
- Packages can be subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances.
$500 for up to 10 children

Extra guests additional costs involved: Children $35 (includes food and drink) and Adults $37 (zoo entry ticket only)
*Please note food that is provided and included in the party booking is catered for the 10 children only, there is not enough food to share with adults. All dietary needs must be advised one week prior to the event. If adults require food, please preorder from our café menu, or order for each adult on the day from our zoo café. Note: there is a maximum of 4 adults that can be booked in the party room at any one time. A maximum of 15 children can be booked in one group party and food will be provided accordingly.
Option 2 – Reptile & Koala Package

- Free admission for 2 accompanying adults
- Private party room from 11am – 2pm
- Private Reptile Presentation with Zoo Keeper (10mins) plus snake holding encounter for each child
- Private Koala Presentation with Zoo Keeper (10mins)
- Complimentary birthday invitations for you to print at home
- Generic room decorations
- Zoo Party Host to assist with guiding children to Macropod Meadow for wallaby feeding, feeding, and a special opportunity to walk with, and learn all about, our delightful dingoes. To explore the rest of the zoo, attending parents are to provide this to children as a self-guided visit afterwards.

Terms and Conditions
- To secure your booking a minimum $100 deposit is required a minimum 14 days prior to your event.
- The remaining total amount for your party package (less $100 deposit) is required 7 days prior to your event.
- Kids Parties are unavailable during school holidays
- Public Surcharges apply, bookings will incur a 15% surcharge
- All credit card payments will incur a 1% surcharge
- Based on the size of our Pobblebonk Party room size limits apply, therefore we are restricted to a maximum of 15 children, and a maximum of 4 adults in the one group.
- A minimum of 10 children is required to book for our Kids Party Room. This does not include adults, nor can adults replace children in the party package.
- Two adults per group booking are included in price, a maximum of two extra adults can be booked and paid for. Extra adults on top of the forementioned 4 adults can purchase zoo entry tickets to join the group to explore the zoo after the party concludes at 2pm.
- Adults are not included in the catering costs, therefore are required to purchase own meals from the café menu, these can be ordered ahead of time by prior arrangements.
- Kids parties in our Pobblebonk Room are reserved for children aged 4 – 12 years old
- Billabong Zoo reserves the right to make changes to the package offerings, zoo elements, animal encounters, food menu, scheduled times and dates which may differ to the advertisement
- In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, Billabong Zoo reserves the right to cancel your scheduled party. In this instance, you will be advised and receive a full refund.
- A 20% cancellation fee of the entire package amount will be incurred if you cancel your booking within 7 days of the event.
- A 50% cancellation fee of the entire package amount will be incurred if you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the event.
- No show will forfeit entire booking cost with no refund applicable.
- The event will go ahead as scheduled even in the event of rain, please come prepared with protection including an umbrella and wet weather appropriate clothing and appropriate footwear etc.
- Adults returning to the zoo to collect children are welcome to do so by collecting from the designated Pobblebonk Party room, if the child is out on the zoo grounds, the parent is to remain in the Party Room or Café and await the return of their child, they are unable to wander the grounds of the zoo.
