Conditions
of Entry
The purpose of these Conditions of Entry is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all visitors, staff and animals at Billabong Zoo.
- Shoes must be worn at all times
- No Running
- No Pets allowed
- No Smoking
- Please do not bring self-propelled bikes, bicycles, skateboards or balls into the zoo
- Selfie sticks and GoPros are not permitted on premises
- Please do not bring balloons or party whistles on premises
- No unauthorised touching or feeding of animals
- No unauthorised entering of animal enclosures o their refuge areas
- Please supervise children at all times to ensure their safety
- No BYO alcohol on premises
- You enter the premises at your own risk, and on the condition that you have no right of action against the owner or operator of this premises or their servants or agents for injury to any persons or loss/damage to any property.
- Billabong Zoo reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the premise for stealing, vandalism, offensive behaviour, harrasing or causing cruelty to zoo animals, line jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions, failure to follow instructions given by staff or management or failure to comply with these conditions of entry.
The Zoo closes at 5pm, last entry at 4.30pm. No discount for late entry.
