A valid Annual Pass must match with the name of the person attending. The number of discounted tickets that can be purchased at any one time are limited to the number of registered Passholders in your Annual Pass. A valid Annual Pass and ID must be presented at the entry, along with your tickets. Annual Pass holders cannot bring a non-Pass Holder Discounted Tickets.
Terms and conditions
- Full payment of $89 per person is required upon booking.
- Seating arrangements and catering are for a minimum of two people.
- Billabong Zoo reserves the right to make changes to the event, including food menu and beverages which may differ to the advertisement.
- In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, Billabong Zoo reserves the right to cancel the event. In this instance, you will be advised and receive a full refund.
- A 50% cancellation fee will be incurred if your booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the event.
- No show will forfeit entire booking cost with no refund applicable.
