- Full payment of $240 per couple is required upon booking.
- No individual bookings available. Seating arrangements and catering are for two people.
- Billabong Zoo reserves the right to make changes to the event, including food menu and beverages which may differ to the advertisement.
- In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, Billabong Zoo reserves the right to cancel the event. In this instance, you will be advised and receive a full refund.
- A 50% cancellation fee will be incurred if your booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the event.
- No show will forfeit entire booking cost with no refund applicable.
